In this Soap Dispenser project, our client wanted to indicate to the end user that they needed to push directly in the center of the presser or it might not dispense soap properly. One option was to mold text into the presser however this could be a language barrier, as seen in one of its current locations at the Atlanta International Airport.
Through Concept Sketches, Automotive Clay models and 3D Prototypes, an Ergonomic solution was created by utilizing the shape and styling of the presser so that it tells the end user to push directly in the center. A solution that was implemental and cost effective to the original product.
